Episode 10

Recollection

And then the series ends with a very cheerful and bright outlook on the future of our main and supporting characters! I'm really glad Wan decided not to go after she (and everyone else) had already put in so much work to build up the Whale Store into what it is.

I'm overwhelmingly glad that our girls Tonnam and Chom have finally been able to cross the bridge with Chom's Mom!!! My goodness, that was painful. Here's to them making happier memories moving forward!

For Wan and Maewnam, congratulations on helping each other heal and connecting further with the community. I'm happy to have invested and rooted for you two.

To the members of the community and supporting cast...thank you for watching out for these two and learning some lessons on your own. It's really nice to see that everyone got to learn and grow with the story.

Finally, to Som, you keep being the perfect little kitty cat you are!!!

Series Reflection

I've quite enjoyed my time with Whale Store xoxo! It's such a sweet story with some pretty deep emotional strings to tug. I think my favourite part is that none of the storylines were overly dramatic and every important character had a chance to show off their growth throughout. It handled grief, financial issues, parent/child issues...really just a good melting pot of common things people have to face in life. Granted, I don't think "whoops, I've inherited my dad's grocery store" is a common issue, but you get what I mean.

It made me cry, laugh, enraged, and smile. I can't really ask for more from a piece of entertainment than that. I'm pleased to have spent my time watching Whale Store xoxo and I thank everyone who worked on it for giving me a good story to experience.

My compliments to Milk and Love for having such great chemistry together. I felt every ounce of pining and adoration from these two. That whistle scene will join the club of those that haunt me, and I'm stealing some of those flirty quips!!!

Their next series is called Ditto and I will definitely be tuning in once it starts airing!

The Questioning Query

What did you think of this series? Who was your favourite character? Do you think Maewnam/Wan or Tonnam/Chom had the better romance arc?

Bonus: If you inherited a grocery store to run, would you even try or would you sell it off straight away?

Thanks for Reading!

I hope you've been able to watch and experience the story for yourself!

If you haven't, that's okay too! My thoughts are here to keep you updated and entertained in the meantime.

That'll be the end of this post, so off into the nighttime I go to publish the next one shortly!

May we always meet at Midnight!
